L’accueil était chaleureux mais le service à déplorer. Nous avons eu des problèmes lors du checkout où ils nous ont demandé de payer un supplément de £118 (ce que nous avons bien évidement refusé).
Really disappointed by the experience as when arriving late we were not indicated when the kitchen was going to close and were later indicated that we could not order dinner. The room was not very comfortable but the common areas were nice.
It feels like having some great top-level vacations.
