Spa reception & staffs really kind. You receive a robe, towels. Great swimming pool and really loved the sauna and steam room + separate calm/relaxation area. Con: children treating it like a lido instead of a spa = loud. But will come back.
All staff were welcoming, pleasant and made sure we aware of all the features as mentioned on Stay. Nice location, atmosphere and felt more than comfortable.
I love the staycation app but the spa at Leonardo Royal Hotel was a really average experience. The changing rooms are dated and basic, the robes and towels are old, there are only like 5 lounge chairs for everyone, very minimum comfort for the price.
No stress to book. Nice place . Staff great!
